**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to step up the pay of the petitioner at par with his junior, namely, Ramesh Kumar, w.e.f. 07.01.2022 and to release all the consequential benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner has served a legal notice dated 10.11.2022 (Annexure P-8), but the same has not been decided till date. He confines his argument to the extent that the respondents be directed to decide the said legal notice in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.
