(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. is for directing the Respondent No.1 to 3 to conduct fair, impartial investigation into FIR No.711, dated 31.12.2016, under Sections 148, 149, 285, 323, 452 and 506 of IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Nuh, District Mewat.

The learned counsel for the State submits that the report under Section 173 of Cr.P.C. already stands presented that the trial is proceeding and 02 out of 16 prosecution witnesses stand examined. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

Disposed of.

Needless to say, the petitioner is at liberty to avail his remedy in accordance with law.
