***** HARKESH MANUJA, J (ORAL) By way of present petition, prayer has been made for quashing of the FIR No.120 dated 20.08.2009 registered at P.S. Nurmahal u/s 307, 326, 324, 323, 506, 148, 149 IPC as well as order dated 17.11.2009 whereby the petitioner was declared as proclaimed offender. In pursuance to the notice of motion issued by this Court, reply has been filed on behalf of respondents under the signatures of Mr. Amrik Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Phillaur, District Jalandhar (Rural) wherein it has been stated that the petitioner was arrested on 23.12.2017 and was later granted bail. Learned State counsel further submits that the trial before the Court below has almost concluded as the same is now fixed for final arguments only. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.
