(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to accept the claim already submitted amounting total Rs.10,99,130.29 as per (Table-1) in petition for reimbursement of medical treatment expenses of dependent wife of petitioner suffering from Breast Cancer, a chronic disease, entitled under the State Polices Instructions (Annexures P-1 and P-3) for medical reimbursement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous. Dismissed as withdrawn.
