Sandhir, Advocate, for the petitioner. * * * RITU BAHRI, J (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on a complaint made against the petitioner and his family members by concealing the earlier complaints and enquiry report, F.I.R No. 58 dated 04.07.2014 under Sections 498-A IPC was got registered against the petitioners, which was investigated by S.S.P Batala and vide order dated 23.12.2014, cancellation was recommended as the allegations were found to be baseless.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners wishes with the liberty to take all the pleas before the trial Court Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Personal appearance of petitioner Nos. 1 to 3 is exempted before the trial Court, subject to the following conditions:- (i) petitioners shall be represented through counsel; (ii) shall not GAURAV 2015.02.10 11:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
