IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA

AT CHANDIGARH CRM-M-34715 of 2017 Date of Decision: 01.12.2017 Dalip Arora ....Petitioner

Versus

State of Punjab ....Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN Present: - Mr. Munish Gulati, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. A.S. Sandhu, Addl. A.G., Punjab.

RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Dalip Arora in case FIR No.62 dated 11.06.2017 registered under Section 420 IPC and subsequently added Sections 465, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Rawalpindi, District Kaputhala.

Learned State counsel submits that despite direction of this Court vide order dated 25.09.2017, petitioner has not joined the investigation. Perusal of file shows that the petitioner was earlier granted interim bail to join the investigation by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kapurthala vide order dated 29.06.2017, but violated the said order. Therefore, his application for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected. Thereafter, the petitioner approached this Court by way of present petition for the same relief, which was granted to him vide order dated 25.09.2017. However, again the petitioner has violated the aforesaid order of this Court. Hence, he does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
