 The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned resolutions dated 05.07.2021 and 08.11.2021 (Annexures P-5 and P-8) whereby the petitioner has been debarred from participating in tender proceedings for a period of two years. The main grievance of the petitioner is that the resolutions were passed by the authorities without affording an opportunity of hearing to it. Now the period of two years debarring the petitioner from tendering in any proceedings has expired and therefore, nothing further survives in the petition. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as having rendered infructuous.
