Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioner to avail remedy before the Juvenile Justice Board, as the revision petition (CRR No. 33752017) filed by the petitioner to declare him juvenile under the provisions of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, has been accepted vide order of even date.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as aforesaid. However, the order passed by learned trial Court declining regular bail to the petitioner will not come in the way of petitioner while seeking bail as per provisions of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.
