The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No. 20 dated 05.02.2025 under Sections 209 of BNS registered at Police Station Arya Nagar Rohtak, District Rohtak.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court concerned and further, to file an application for concession of regular bail.
