(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 565 dated 09.05.2016 registered under Sections 376/120-B and 506 IPC at Police Station Panipat City, District Panipat. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are no allegations attracting the rigours of Section 376 qua the present petitioner. Further more he has joined investigations pursuant to the order dated 04.10.2016 passed by this Court. Therefore, this petition be allowed. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Davinder Kumar, Police Station City Panipat, District Panipat affirms that the petitioner has joined investigation. No recoveries are to be effected from him and his custodial interrogation is not required in this case. It is further informed that the co-accused Seema and Jagmender @ Jagga have since been acquitted on 15.03.2017 by the learned trial Court. Consequently, order dated 04.10.2016 is made absolute.
