(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.183 dated 18.04.2016 under Sections 120-B, 279, 307, 336, 427, 429 IPC, Section 13(2) of the Haryana Gauvansh Sanrakshan and Gausamvardhan Act, 2015, Section 11 of the Prevention o Cruelty against Animals Act, and Sections 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, at Police Station Sadar Thanesar, District Kurukshetra.

It is contended that petitioner was earlier granted concession of bail. Thereafter, he jumped the bail and surrendered on 23.08.2017 and since then he is in custody.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the trial may still take some time to conclude, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be released on bail subject to such terms and conditions as the trial court may deem fit to impose.
