By way of present petition filed under Section 438 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.191 dated 23.12.2021 registered under Sections 148, 149, 186, 332, 353, 307, 427 and 506 IPC, P.S. Uttawar, District Palwal.

The allegations levelled against the petitioner in the FIR are that he was a member of a mob, who attacked the Police party and damaged their vehicle, besides, causing injuries to the Police personnel. 3.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not intend to press this petition with liberty to surrender before trial Court within a week. In case, the petitioner surrenders before Court within a period of one week from today and moves an application seeking regular bail, the prayer shall be considered by the trial court within a period of three days. 4.
