Petitioner seeks concession of pre-arrest bail in a case registered at the instance of Baljit Singh alleging that he paid a sum of Rs.1 lac to co-accused of the petitioner namely Kulwant Singh for getting a job for his daughter in Army. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he has allegedly imparted training to the daughter of the complainant along with other victims. Main accused Kulwant Singh has already been arrested.

The petitioner in said circumstances can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail as it does not appear to be a case of custodial interrogation, he having been allegedly employed by the main accused for imparting training.

CRM-M-34706-2015 (O&M) This petition is allowed. Interim order dated 9.10.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
