******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) File has been received from Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, where the parties have entered into compromise, which is taken on record as Annexure CS. As per this compromise, respondent No. 5father of petitioner No. 2 has no objection to the marriage of petitioners. He has also undertaken not to interfere in the matrimonial life of petitioners or to cause any threat to their life and liberty. Petitioner No. 1 has also stated that to secure petitioner No. 2, of her maintenance, he will open an account in her name, in which he will deposit `10,000/- or more per month.
