Mr. Narender Kaajla, Advocate for the review applicant.

Mr. Neeraj Khanna, Advocate for Mr. Ravinder Arora, Advocate for non-applicant/respondent No.2-Insurance Company. ***** The present application has been filed for seeking review of the judgment dated 04.03.2025, passed by this Court. Counsel for the review applicant submits that the interest granted by learned Tribunal, on the awarded amount was 9% per annum. However, this court had granted 6% per annum, from the date of filing of the appeal and not from the date of filing of the claim petition. However, the concluding two paragraphs of the judgment dated 04.03.2025, are self speaking. Categorically, it has been mentioned about the extent of interest, to which the appellants are entitled and the period from which it has been granted. Specifically, it has been further mentioned that all the remaining terms, as ordered by learned Tribunal shall remain the same. In view of the obervations aforesaid, there is no such mistake or ambiguity apparent. As such, the modification sought does not falls within the purview of Order 47 of CPC.
