(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for setting aside of order dated 19.05.2017 passed by the court of learned JMIC, Ludhiana, whereby, the cross-examination of power of attorney of respondent/complainant was treated to be as NIL and even the subsequent application seeking recalling of the said order was also dismissed vide order dated 06.07.2017, arising out of the proceedings filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. No one has chosen to appear in this case, despite the matter having been called twice.

Even on the last date of hearing i.e. on 14.09.2018, none appeared on behalf of the parties.

On an effort made for the purpose of ascertaining the status of the criminal complaint bearing No.COMA/136 of 2015, titled "Narinder Singh vs. M/s Kishan Singh Kartar Singh and another", it has been found from the e-court portal that the same already stands dismissed as withdrawn by the SONIKA 2023.02.20 09:39 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
