(ORAL) The present criminal miscellaneous application has been preferred by the applicant under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. seeking leave to appeal against the order dated 18.02.2019 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Hisar whereby the respondents have been acquitted in a complaint under Sections 498A, 406, 354, 323, 325 and 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code as well as under Sections 3 and 4 of Prohibition of Dowry Act at Police Station, City Hisar. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice has not yet been issued and the applicant has gone un-represented on the last two dates of hearing i.e. 25.07.2022 and 13.09.2023. Even, today also for the third time, the applicant has gone un-represented. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the applicant or her counsel are not interested in pursuing the present criminal miscellaneous application.
