(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.237 dated 03.12.2022, under Sections 363 and 366 IPC (Sections 376, 120-B IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 added later on), registered at Police Station City-2, Budhlada, District Mansa. Vide order dated 21.8.2023, the petitioner had been granted interim regular bail in view of the fact that mother of the petitioner was stated to be seriously ill. The petitioner was directed to surrender back positively on 03.10.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that the petitioner has not yet surrendered back.
