 Mr. Lokesh Vohra, Advocate for respondents No.2 and 3. **** MANISHA BATRA, J. (oral) The parties have appeared in person today in compliance of order dated 20.11.2023.

The respondents No.2 & 3 have stated that their signatures on the compromise (Annexure P-3) were got appended from them under the pressure of some influential persons, one of whom was Sarpanch of neighboring village. They have also stated that the statements which were recorded by them before learned trial Court were also not voluntary and was made under pressure. They have further stated that they do want to get the matter compromised and the FIR of this case may not be quashed on the basis of compromise. In view of submission so made by respondents No. 2 & 3, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition by submitting that the petitioners do not want to proceed further with this petition.
