Satnam Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division Goindwal Sahib, District Tarn Taran on behalf of official respondents no. 1 to 4 filed today is taken on record. After hearing counsel for the parties, the present petition stands disposed off with the directions to the officials respondents to ensure due protection of life and personal liberty of the petitioner and his family members and in case any instance is brought to their notice prompt and immediate action be taken in accordance with law without loss of time. Meanwhile, official respondents to ensure protection of the witnesses and that they are not unduly harassed and pressurized by the complainant side. The petitioner shall also move the trial court which shall take prompt action thereon in accordance with law.
