RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.27 dated 28.07.2018 registered under Sections 380, 411 and 414 IPC at Police Station Majitha Road, Amritsar.

On instructions from ASI Baldev Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.08.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
