The sole appellant is reported to have died and no counsel is appearing on behalf of the appellant. No application for impleading LRs has come on record. As such it appears that the LRs of appellant are not interested in pursuing the appeal.

So, in such circumstances when no one on behalf of LRs of appellant are coming forth to contest the appeal, there seems to be no justification to keep the appeal on the docket, indefinitely. Accordingly, the instant appeal stands dismissed for want of prosecution with liberty to the appellant to revive the same, if have any grievance from this order, within a period of three months from today.
