(Oral) Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has made a representation/complaint (Annexure P-4) to the Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh with the allegation that respondent Nos. 4 and 5 have followed her (petitioner) in the street and have made violent, obscene and vulgar gestures/remarks outside her room. The said incident has also been recorded in the form of video CD (Annexure P-1). Thereafter, the petitioner has given a complaint to the In-charge Police Station, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh but instead of taking the action against respondent Nos.4 and 5, ASI Daljeet Singh is trying to force her to enter into compromise. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh (respondent No.2), to look into the representation/complaint (Annexure P-4), filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law.
