(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to arrest respondent No.4 in compliance of the order dated 20.11.2017 passed in Criminal Complaint No.NACT/128/2016 titled as 'Satpal Vats Vs. Dr. Sudesh Sharma.'

Reply by way of affidavit of Manoj Kumar, HPS, DSP Kurukshetra has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, the same is taken on record. In Paragraph 7 of the said affidavit, it has been recorded that respondent No.4 stands arrested on 06.02.2024 followed by his production in Court thereby, rendering the present petition as infructuous.
