**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) Instant petition is for seeking directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 for protection of life and liberty of the petitioners as both of them are living in a live-in relationship.

On being asked by the Court, very fairly, counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2-Gurdial Singh is already married to Manpreet Kaur-respondent No.4 and also, there is no decree of divorce from any competent Court of law.

Therefore, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition.
