**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the official respondents No.2 & 3 to take appropriate legal action against the petitioner's husband - respondent No.4, as she is being subjected to physical and mental torture by him and is further being pressurized to transfer her land in his name, else she would have to face dire consequences.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Y.S. Rathore, Addl. PP, UT, chandigarh, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents (State). Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply the complete copy of the paper book to the learned Addl. PP, UT, Chandigarh during the course of the day through e-mail.
