Kanika Arora as well as accused Mukul Arora, Satya Pal Arora and Neena Arora has shown its satisfaction qua the compromise Ex.C1 to be an outcome of free will and without any coercion or undue pressure.

compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and to bring about peace and harmony, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.69 dated 05.10.2012 registered at Police Station Women Cell, Distt. Jalandhar City under Sections 406/498>A IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
