**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the official respondent No. 2 to take action against respondents No.5 & 6 on the basis of complaints dated 08.05.2020 (appended as Annexures P-1 & P-2, respectively) filed by the petitioner and further register a case against them under the relevant provisions of Indian Penal Code, so that the whereabouts of her husband and son may be traced, who are missing since April, 2020.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Luvinder Sofat, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents (State). Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to supply the complete copy of the paper book to the learned State counsel during the course of the day through e-mail.
