Present 2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.3 dated 10.1.2025 under Sections 333, 109, 125, 351, 191(3), 190 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25, 27, 54, 59 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Khalchian, District Amritsar Rural.

Faced with the situation that PW-Lakhwinder Singh and PW Gurjant Singh are yet to be examined as prosecution witnesses, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand at this stage.
