(Oral) In view of reply filed by way of affidavit of Rahul Chaba, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana, an order was passed in the execution proceedings by the District Consumer Forum, Ludhiana on 11.11.2016, thereby directing the Improvement Trust to execute and get the sale deed registered in favour of the petitioner. The sale deed has been executed and got registered on 16.12.2016 within a period of two months from the date of order passed by the District Consumer Redressal Forum. The aforesaid sale deed is covered under the notification dated 30.06.2015 and therefore, Sub Registrar/respondent No.5 has been directed by the PRINCE SAINI 2022.08.31 17:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment



 

  Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana vide order dated 22.03.2022 to release the sale deed dated 16.12.2016 without recovering the amount of deficient stamp duty. In view of reply filed by respondent No.4 on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3, this writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
