LISA GILL, J. (Oral) This petition filed for quashing of order dated 13.03.2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mewat, survives only qua petitioner No.1 as it was dismissed as not pressed on behalf of petitioner No.2 on 03.02.2017.

Learned counsel for petitioner No.1 and respondent-State inform that petitioner No.1 was arrested and has now been acquitted by the learned trial Court along with another co-accused on 22.03.2018. It is, thus, submitted that this petiton has been rendered infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
