As per the report of the Registry, appellants No.1 and 2 have expired. Notices issued to respondents No.3 and 4 have been received back served. The notice issued to respondent No.5 has been received back with the report that he is confined in jail.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that despite repeated efforts, he has not been able to establish contact with appellants No.3 to 5 or with the legal representatives of deceased appellants No.1 and 2. Even today, learned counsel has expressed his inability to proceed further in the matter as he continues to have no instructions or communication from the appellants.

In view of the above, the present appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution, with liberty to the appellants to seek its revival in case any SHUBHAM 2025.11.11 11:56 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order -1-
