The present appeals are being disposed of by this common order as they involve common questions of law and facts. For the sake of convenience, the facts are being taken from RSA-922-1999. 2.

Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submit that the present appeal stands disposed of as the parties have already resolved their SHUBHAM 2025.11.13 10:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/order -1-

RSA-922-1999 (O&M) & RSA-1174-1999 (O&M) dispute before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 3.

Vide order dated 05.09.2025, the parties were referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and a copy of the Settlement Agreement dated 04.11.2025 has been placed on record. 4.

In view of the above, the Settlement Agreement is taken on record and the present appeals stand disposed of with the direction that both the parties shall remain bound by their respective obligations as recorded in the compromise.

All pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.
