This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of appropriate writ for quashing the warrants of possession dated 27.10.2021 (Annexure P-6), passed by respondent No.2.

Learned State counsel submits that the warrants of possession were wrongly issued against the petitioners, although the eviction petition against the petitioner is still pending. He further submits that the warrants of possession have already been withdrawn against the petitioner, therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. 3.
