   **** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks regular bail in case bearing FIR No.59 dated 13.07.2022, registered under Sections 15, 25, 29, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been involved in the present case; that the petitioner has been indicted on the basis disclosure statement of co-accused, namely, Hakam Singh, from whose conscious possession 6 qunital of poppy husk was recovered; that the said recovery was effected from a truck, which was being driven by co-accused, Hakam Singh and that the petitioner has been in custody since 17.08.2022. He further submits that there is no other case registered and/or pending against the petitioner and that post presentation of the challan, the charges are yet to be framed.
