Prayer made was for quashing of order dated 17.12.2002 imposing penalty of recovery, however, the same was not stayed by the Division Bench while admitting the present petition and in the interregnum, the petitioner had retired in 2009 and amount of penalty may well have been recovered which is not in her knowledge.

Disposed of, however, reserving the petitioner with a liberty to get it revived, in case any need arises.
