He is stated to be avoiding to join investigations. Petitioner claims that real brother of aforesaid Gagandeep Kaur entered her house on 13.6.2015 ostensibly for locating her accused brother and inflicted injuries upon her. Reliance has been placed on an MLR and a newspaper item. A complaint to the police authorities about this incident is stated to have been lodged upon which no action has been taken.
Hence the present petition under Section 482 Cr.PC seeking a direction for investigating the incident. Learned State counsel was directed to verify the facts and he on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh submits that upon investigations it has been found that no such incident has taken place as alleged by the present petitioner.
