On the asking of the Court, Mr. Adhiraj Singh, AAG Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State while Mr. Raman Kumar, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.2/complainant. 4.
Learned counsel for respondent No.2/complainant states that the complainant has got her statement recorded before the concerned Court pursuant to the order date 21.04.2023 and has stated that since the terms and conditions of the compromise have not been complied with, hence, she withdrew her consent for quashing.
