(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking regular bail to the petitioner in a case registered against him vide FIR No.151 dated 03.03.2016 under Sections 302/34 IPC and Section 25/54 of Arms Act, at Police Station Urban Estate, Rohtak, District Rohtak.
It appears that the trial has not made much headway in view of order dated 20.11.2017 passed by the co-ordinate Bench. At this stage, learned State counsel submits that prosecution shall try to lead its evidence expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
Record be returned to the trial court forthwith in order to enable it to proceed further with the trial.
