    Through this application, the petitioner (wife) prays for transfer of a petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as 'Aminder Preet Singh Vs. Sandeep Kaur' which is pending in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court at Bathinda, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at District Court at SAS Nagar, Mohali. Sh. Ashok P. Batra, Advocate, enters appearance for the respondent and submits that in the National Lok Adalat held on 10.07.2021, parties have settled their dispute and decided to part their ways. It has been decided that a joint petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, shall be filed at Mohali.
