**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that due to the negligent act of respondent No.5, the petitioner received a fire arm injury. The complaint moved before the Police authorities have not yielded any response. The petitioner has also issued a legal notice for registration of criminal case against respondent No.5 and also for grant of compensation but the same has not been answered by the respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied in case her legal notice dated 13.03.2020 (Annexure P-5) is directed to be decided by respondent No.2 by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a reasonable time.
