ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.38 dated 15.03.2011 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') at Police Station City Batala, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur.

This petition is pending since 2014 and there is no stay of proceedings.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Gurdev Singh, submits that out of 18 prosecution witnesses, 17 PWs have already been examined.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. A perusal of the last few orders also show that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
