SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Mr. Parvez Chugh, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner superseding Mr. Dheeraj Chawla, Advocate and filed his power of attorney.

The matter has been amicably resolved between the parties, as per which, the petitioner will pay a sum of `14,50,000/- to the auction purchaser within a period of two weeks. On payment of this amount, the property which was purchased by the auction purchaser shall stand released and sale certificate issued in his favour shall stand cancelled. Learned counsel for the auction purchaser will supply account number of the auction purchaser to learned counsel for the petitioner within a week in which the amount may be deposited.
