NARESH KUMAR SANGHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Barinderjit Singh, Police Station, Dehlon, District Ludhiana, submits that after thorough investigation, the charge-sheet (challan) was presented for prosecution of Bittu (respondent No.5). He further submits that since the said Bittu is a proclaimed offender, therefore, appropriate proceedings for his arrest are going on.
