**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 64 dated 2.8.2016, registered under Sections 120-B, 354(A)(1), 506 IPC and Section 12 of the POCSO Act (later on Section 354(A) (1) IPC and Section 12 of the POCSO Act were deleted and Section 376(1) IPC and Section 6 of the POCSO Act were added), registered at Police Station Women Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. Counsel for the petitioner states that Gaurav has been arrested and petitioner is not the real grandmother.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 5.10.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
