Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 237 dated 29.8.2017, registered under Section(s) 186, 332, 353, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Chandimandir, District Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the allegations are mainly against Jatinder Rana and petitioner is ready to join the investigation.

Having considered the facts of the case, the allegations of giving beatings and causing injuries to the complainant, who was performing his duties as a public servant, at the relevant time, are against Jatinder Rana and petitioner as well.
