Ambedkar Jayanti dated 14.04.2022 along with copy of facebook account of the petitioner as Annexure R-1.

In view of the contents and prayer clause of the application, the same is allowed. Annexure R-1 is taken on record.

CRA-S-796-2022 Vide order dated 10.05.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 10.05.2022; the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3.

This fact has not been disputed by the learned State counsel. However, learned State counsel has opposed the bail. He further submits that in case this Court is inclined to give the bail to the petitioner then it should be subject to the strict and stringent conditions.

Given the nature of allegations, no pre-trial incarceration is required. Without commenting on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the JYOTI 2022.05.17 09:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document petitioner makes a case for release on bail.
