After realizing that this Court is not agreeing with her contentions, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that she does not wish to press the present petition on merits. However, she prays that the petitioner be granted some time to vacate the premises. 2.

Learned counsel for the caveator-respondent No.1 states that the rent of the premises is only ₹30/- per month which has also not been paid since 2018.

Keeping in view the fact that the rent of the premises is only ₹30/- per month and even that has not been paid by the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to grant three months' time to the petitioner to hand over the peaceful vacant possession of the premises i.e. on or before 09.07.2025. The petitioner shall clear all the arrears of rent upto date and he shall also pay an amount of ₹10,000/- per month towards use and occupation charges commencing from 01.04.2025. The said amount for April 2025 shall Yogesh Sharma 2025.04.09 09:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.

CR-2079-2025 (O&M) -2be paid alongwith the arrears within a period of fifteen days from today. The future amount towards use and occupation of the premises i.e. ₹10,000/- per month shall be paid by the 7th of every month till the petitioner hands over peaceful vacant possession of the premises on or before 09.07.2025. The petitioner shall also furnish an undertaking to this effect before the concerned Rent Controller.

It is, however, made clear that incase of default either in paying the arrears or in payment of the amount towards use and occupation of the premises, the present revision petition shall be deemed to having been dismissed. Respondent No.1 would be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.

Disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
