ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.103 dated 15.07.2018 registered under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (in short 'IPC') at Police Station Barara, District Ambala.

The operative part of the order dated 24.08.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the petitioner and the complainants is primary of money transaction and the petitioner is ready to settle the dispute with the complainants. It is further submitted that in order to show his bonafide, the petitioner has got a demand draft of Rs.49,999/- prepared favouring one of the complainant Dushyant and he will hand over another demand draft of Rs.50,000/- favouring complainant Sahil Ghera, to the Investigating Officer. CRM-M No.35800 of 2018 (O&M) Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Bir Bhan, submits that even during the investigation, there was a compromise between the petitioner and the complainants before the Economic Cell. It is further submitted that the petitioner be directed to join the investigation.

List again on 29.10.2018...."

Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 24.08.2018, the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and has joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Veer Bhan, submits that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 24.08.2018 and has also handed over 02 demand drafts favouring the complainants namely Dushyant and Sahil Ghera. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 24.08.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
