* * * The present appeal was filed through the office of Mr. Arvind Singh and Vinay Juneja.

On 12.01.2012, the following order was passed:- "Rampal-appellant is reported to have died in the year 2005. Application for bringing on record legal heirs is yet to be filed. Lok Adalat cannot pass any effective order. Appeal is returned to the Hon'ble High Court. After legal heirs are impleaded, it will be open to the parties to get this case transferred to the Lok Adalat." The aforesaid order has not been complied with till date. Therefore, we are of the view that no purpose would be achieved in keeping the appeal alive on board . Therefore, the appeal is ordered to be consigned to the records with liberty to revive the same after the order dated 12.01.2012 is complied with. Copy of this order be sent at the address of the appellant and Mr. A. S. Malik, Advocate, who represented the appellant before the learned Tribunal, Kurukshetra. (Jitendra Chauhan) PRESIDENT (R.P.
